Project Description: Donegan Engineering (which has since become D2 Engineering) provided Mechanical Commissioning Services for the HVAC renovation of Lauinger Library on the main campus of Georgetown University. Worked with the Construction Manager, Whiting Turner, and the mechanical contractor to commission the new HVAC system to assure the system functioned in accordance with the design intent before it was turned over to Georgetown University.

Personnel: Timothy Swart and James Donegan together provided the Mechanical commissioning services.

Project process and schedule: This project was successfully turned over to Georgetown University in 1993.

Project cost data: The project construction cost was approximately $ 1 million.
